Return & Exchange Policy

At SR Sneakers, we carefully check every order before it is shipped.

Size Issues

We only accept returns or exchanges if the size sent does not match the size selected by the customer due to an error made by the seller or the supplier.

If the customer orders the wrong size, we are unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for football boots once they have been delivered, except in the case of a size error caused by the seller or supplier, or if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
